01. The order
When do I receive my order?
Once order is confirmed and advance payment is made , we take 10 to 15 days to deliver the order. Incase of any unforseen circumstances you will be informed well before hand of any delays.
Can I cancel my order?
If your purchase is a custom order, Once order has been confirmed and the production of your product has started cancellation is not possible, however if its a product from our collection with no customisation, we will refund 75% of your amount.
When will I receive my invoice?
You will get a physical invoice of your order with your product upon delivery and once full payment to is made.
02. Shipment
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate address details for delivery. Roaathawra shall not be responsible for any delays in the shipping of the ordered and purchased product, misplacement of the product or the incorrect delivery of the product if it is due to the fault of the customer or due to inaccurate or false information being provided by the customer.
03. Damage ,Refund and Exchange Policy
1. I Recieved my product but it is damaged.
Incase of damaged product we offer to take the product back have it fixed and returned, for that we require images as proof of damage so that we can process your order to our complain department. Incase the product is beyond repair we offer a full refund (excluding the delivery charges)
2. Exchanges
Roaathawra does not offer any exchanges on furniture items. Please contact customer support for further information.
